Hebe

6 months

Hebe is a wonderful girl, very gentle, loves cuddles. She likes to sleep in bed with her adopted mummy.  She has a very sunny personality. She is very social and is the glue to all the other kittens. Everyone loves her and the boys want to be her lover but as she has been sterilized, she politely declines like a true lady.

After cuddles and tenderness come the playing sessions, she will bring me one of the silk flowers  – that are now part of her toys – so I can throw it and she brings it back to me like a retriever dog. It is so touching.  If I am in the bath she drops the flower in the bath, it does not make any difference if the flower is wet. Play is more important.

Hebe is a very warm and tender friend; she would be a great addition to a loving and caring family.

Ares

7 months

Is a real Tom boy, he is full of mischief and has a naughty twinkle in his eyes. From a litter of four with 2 brothers and a sister, he is the dominant cat. He loves wet food and tries to steal the food from other cats by extending his telescopic leg and clawing the food out of the bowls. Very ingenious!

When he wants attentions Ares will walk in front of your feet and then roll onto his back for a good tummy rub. He can be quite persuasive and persistent. He could play all day, running after a ball or soft toy, his favorite are chasing the plastic threads and the laser light. Keep the cat litter off the ground because he likes to shew the plastic!

Ares is also very tender, enjoys cuddles he would be a dynamic and loving new member of a good and caring family.

Gaia

5 months

Gaia was in a very bad way when we rescued her from one of our feeding stations. She had severe pneumonia. She was barely 4 months. Apart from a 2-week antibiotic injection, we had to give her antibiotic pills for 10m days and that was really distressing for her. Then a month later, we had to sterilize her as she came into season. The operation really traumatized her so now I cannot really touch her or give her a good hug.

Gaia is sweetness personified. Before the operation I could stroke her head and she loved the base of the spine near her tail to be stroked. Gais’s nature is more shy and reserved than the other cats but she loves to play with the other babies and clearly has a soft spot for the boys. She has started to play with Hebe’s toys but she is not always sure about what to do when I throw the silk flower towards her but she is learning by copying Hebe’s moves!

With time and tenderness Gaia will flourish in a tender, loving and playful friend, a wonderful asset for a caring and loving family.
